Simon Allentuch

For the past twenty-five years, Simon Allentuch has represented healthcare providers, small businesses and individuals in business disputes, employment and health care related matters.  He was a partner in a large Connecticut firm before he joined Aeton Law Partners, where he is Chair of the Health Care Provider Group.  Simon combines deep practical knowledge with a high-level business litigation practice before state and federal courts and administrative agencies.  Attorney Allentuch has been designated as a Super Lawyer for business litigation starting in 2014 and each year thereafter.

Attorney Allentuch approaches every legal problem with determination and intellectual curiosity.  He does not believe in simply working up a file.  He strives to determine ‘what does the client really want’ and ‘what is the end game’ so that the client achieves his or her goal as cost effectively and quickly as possible.  Whether he is analyzing a business problem or an employment law issue, Attorney Allentuch counsels clients to follow a practical approach which fosters rather than damages the internal culture of their businesses/workplaces.
