Although not required, ideal candidate has background with working paperless with digital files and dual monitors. Candidate must not be afraid of technology and learning new things with multiple software applications. Must be committed to professional improvement, skill building, and excellent client service. Personal accountability is a must.
There is no requirement for experience with certain types of law practice, but any of the following are a plus: complex litigation experience, proofreading and e-filing state and federal court pleadings; handling exhibits at remote depositions and trials, mid-level transaction work (commercial closings or M&A work), personal injury with client contact and medical records processing, and contingency work in employment and business disputes. Pay is commensurate with experience level for similar positions at top tier mid-sized firms. Candidates must fill out pre-interview questionnaire. Work samples from actual legal matters is required for attorney positions. The interview process is 1) questionnaire 2) phone/zoom for initial interview and 3) additional interviews by zoom or in person.
