Since joining Aeton Law Partners directly out of law school, Brian has developed a robust litigation practice focused on complex business and commercial disputes. He represents clients in state and federal court in matters involving intracorporate and ownership disputes, fiduciary duty claims, contract and tort actions, unfair trade practices, restrictive covenant enforcement, and employment litigation. Brian has litigated numerous trials and arbitrations through verdict and award, securing significant recoveries and favorable judgments for clients in high-stakes commercial and fiduciary matters.
Brian is recognized within the firm for his strategic judgment, meticulous preparation, and practical approach to litigation. In addition to his client work, he has made meaningful contributions to the firm’s growth and leadership, playing an active role in mentoring junior attorneys and advancing Aeton’s litigation practice.
